This letter was written by my uncle Douglas, my father’s late brother to their uncle Arthur.
The letter including the final letter written to my grandmother had been in a desk in the family home.
When my mother died my sister and I found this letter and it is now in my possession .
Family members had been to Germany a few years ago and we have pictures of Uncle Douglas’s grave.
