Join us for a spectacular matinee concert of commemoration presented by SAFCO and KNDS featuring the KNDS Fairey Band with an uplifting programme of music to celebrate the 80th anniversary of VJ Day, marking the end of the Second World War.
The programme will feature stirring performances of music by the distinguished composers Edward Elgar, William Walton and Glen Miller, whose works have touched the hearts of many. These pieces have been carefully selected to reflect and celebrate the bravery, sacrifice and resilience of all those who served during the war.
