On Saturday 10th May, we celebrate VE-Day 80 with an afternoon of entertainment and fun for the whole family. Featuring a Brass Band, a Ukulele Band, a solo singer, and Potterne’s own VE Darlings. A sports afternoon for all ages. Longbow Archery. WWII vehicles – and model vehicles. Grand Draw! Refreshments. Stalls by local organisations. Featuring a “Royal British Legion Village.” 12 noon to 5.30 pm. All proceeds to St Mary’s Parish Church. Everyone welcome – entry Free!
