I was aware of this birthday card that was sent to my Father on his 9th birthday whilst he was evacuated to Inverness, Scotland. It was sent to him by his Father who was a fireman in the West Ham fire brigade in the City of London during the blitz. I found the card in my Father’s possessions after he passed away in January 2025.
