My nanny’s uncle (my great uncle) was a prisoner of war and he sent this postcard to my great grandmother, nanny Newt. The drawing on the front of the postcard was also drawn by another prisoner of war.
It’s important to remember those who died for our tomorrow and those that went through unimaginable trauma and pain.
