Norton Canes are hosting a ticketed VE Day Celebration.
Starting at 7pm there will be a performance of live music from the era by the Back Street Theatre, free refreshments including hot and cold drinks, cakes and a portion of fish and chips to celebrate the work of the fishermen and land girls who worked through the war.
this will be followed by a Beacon Lighting, reading and Bugler to play before and after.
