The Parish Council in conjunction with the Youth Club are hosting a Picnic in the Park, for the residents of Evercreech and surrounding hamlets and villages, from 12pm onwards, on Monday 5th of May.
Special guest “The Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Somerset”.
Bring your own picnic, blankets, chairs and Gazebo’s.
The youth club will be open between 12-3pm for refreshments, toilet facilities and provide shelter if if the weather demands.
We will also have a couple of Gazebos for shelter.
There will be various stalls.
Live music by The Grey Dogs, performing a selection of 40’s music and more.
Raffles.
Tug of War.
There is a play area on site.
Dogs on lead will be welcome for this event.
This will be a cash only event as no facility to take cards.
