Holyhead Town Council is hosting a special VE Day Tea Party at Holyhead Town Hall to bring the community together in a celebration of remembrance and friendship. The event is open to everyone and will feature wartime music to set the atmosphere, alongside tea, cakes, and a chance to enjoy a relaxed afternoon with neighbours and friends. There will also be a presentation on a large screen showing old photographs and memories from the wartime era, helping to share and preserve local and national history. This event aims to create a welcoming space where all generations can come together to reflect, learn, and celebrate the community spirit that VE Day represents.
