Please join us to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of VE Day on Thursday 8th May between 8.30pm and 9.30pm on Market Hill, Brandon, IP27 0AA.
Our Celebration will commence with a March Past, for our Veteran, with representatives from Military backgrounds and also our local Scouting groups.
Local Historian, Darren Norton will be speaking about what the war and VE Day meant to the people of Brandon.
Breckland Brass Band and Brandon Happy to Sing Choir, will lead us in a medley of songs from the era.
Our Event will finish at 9.30pm after a tribute and the lighting of our beacon.
