There will be ceremony for remembrance at 0900 at the Dornoch War Memorial including unfurling of the official flag.
Events are planned throughout the day in Dornoch prior to St Finbarr’s Episcopal Church opening for a Commitment to Peace at 1730 prior to the ringing of the Church Bells at 1830.
This will be followed by a family celebration event in the Cadogan Lifeboat Station commencing at 1900.
