2025 marks the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War when on 8 May 1945, millions of people throughout the western world celebrated Victory in Europe (VE) Day with street parties, dancing and singing.
This exhibition will explore local recollections and memories of this momentous occasion and subsequent VE Day anniversary celebrations throughout Ards and North Down.
