A special flag flying and proclamations ceremony in honour of VE80 Day took place at Wyre Forest District Council’s headquarters on Thursday 8 May.
Members of the public were invited to attend the event, which took place outside Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster. The ceremony started with a formal welcome from Chairman of Wyre Forest District Council, Councillor John Byng, at 9.45am.
