We are a small scout group in Chadsmoor. Starting age is 4 years up to age 14 years. We are holding a big VE Day event. With a tea party, original VE Day videos, veterans coming to visit, all dressing up in 1940s, Staffordshire regiment visiting with memorabilia. Local team from resident society are joining us. With 4 year olds doing poems and a pledge to remember. We will have our standard flag ready for the last post to be played. We have about 50 children and 10 leaders. The lead up to the event each section will be researching everything they need to know.
