We invited 40 guests to come to tea at St George’s Community Centre. We ended up with 64 booking on and we accommodated them all.
The local U3A Ukele Band performed while everyone toof their seats, along with a few more well tuned notes, followed by tea and then the U3A singers led everone into an afternoon of merriment.
Prior to the singing we all listened to Sir Winston Churchills speech and at the end there was a film on all those throughout the world who lost their lives.
