There will be a sung service of Holy Communion at St Michael and all Angels Church (Ashton-under-Lyne Parish Church) in the presence of the Lord Lieutenant of Greater Manchester, the Mayor and the Deputy Prime Minister, Angela Rayner on Sunday 11th of May in commemoration of VE Day at 11.00am. It is open to all. The church seats 1,300 people so no problem finding a seat.
