Bulphan Village Community Forum and Bulphan Village Hall have worked together to arrange a town crier, piper, beacon-lighting, bar and live Bluegrass band One Tree Hillbillies.
Help to ring the church bells 6.30pm
Cash bar opens in the hall at 7pm
