The Milton Keynes Rose is the ‘go to’ place for commemoration and celebration in Central Milton Keynes. This event, starting at 8 p.m., will involve both aspects, respecting those who gave their lives in World War II while celebrating the end of the War. There will be music from the Alina Orchestra Brass Section, Choral Nova and the Ukraine Appeal singers and dancers. The event will include a period of remembrance and will end with community singing prior to the lighting of the Light Pyramid at 9.30 as a Light of Peace shining across the City.
