10 a.m. VJ80 Service of Commemoration at St James Church which will include readings and recollections of the war in the Pacific.
10.50 a.m. Cobden Hall commemorative flag raising, readings and bugler.
11.15 a.m. Cobden Hall complimentary tea, coffee and cake.
There will also be a bar where wine and Singapore Slings will be on sale with proceeds to charity. There will also be a small exhibition, WWII newsreels and music.
