Come along as we commemorate VE Day in Lowestoft.
Starting at 3pm, we’ll have plenty of stalls, displays and exhibitions in Sparrows Nest Gardens, including 1940s-style live entertainment throughout the evening.
Free children’s activities include poppy flower making and lantern making.
Food stalls will be present, including serving delicious Fish ‘n’ Chips supper.
The RNPSA Museum and Maritime Museum will also have extended opening hours for the day.
The event will culminate in the lighting of Britain’s Most-Easterly Beacon at 9:30pm.
This is a free-to-access event.
