Shefford will come together this summer to mark 80 years since Victory over Japan Day, in partnership with Shefford Town Council, the Royal British Legion and MHA Oak Manor.
The afternoon will include live music from the Shades of Swing Big Band from 4.30pm, displays of vintage vehicles, and refreshments. It’s a chance for the whole community to remember those who served, reflect on the events of the Second World War, and celebrate the peace that followed.
The STMA is fully wheelchair accessible and has accessible toilets. Everyone is welcome to join us for this important and memorable occasion.
