Thursday 8th May 2025, marks the 80th Anniversary of Victory in Europe (VE Day); to commemorate this anniversary we will be unveiling a new memorial plaque at the Beacon on Stanley Front Street, 10.45am until 11.20am (approximately).
The service is open for the public to attend. Any public wanting to attend we recommend attending the service site prior to 10.45am.
