St Mary’s Church, behind the town hall in Marlborough, will be open from 11:00 on Friday 15th August for a time of prayerful reflection for those wishing to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VJ Day. The reflection and prayers will conclude with the National Silence at 12:00.
There will be opportunities to light a candle and to record the names of a family member on a Roll of Remembrance.
