We held a special celebration for our local community guests. Musicali-Tea, Tales and Tunes VE Day 80. We invited one of our City of London Guides to talk about Bombs and Bravery in the City, musical performances from a pianist, flautist and a singalong led by our community choir. We ended the event with our director of music, Peter Asprey on the piano to I vow to thee my country… Truly was an emotional and special event. Some of our guests baked the traditional orange and ginger cake to share with community friends.
