The letter was written by my great grandmother to my grandfather. I discovered the letter following the death of my grandmother. It was in a drawer in her house (which she shared with my late grandfather who had passed away 12 yrs previously.)
It gives a snapshot of life in the S.Wales valleys and surrounding cities of Cardiff, Swansea, Bristol and Coventry. There is no date on the letter.
